How feedback works?
You may only leave feedback about another user if you have had a closed
auction transaction with that user.
In order to leave feedback, you
must go to the item page of that closed auction, or go to your control
panel and view your winners/sellers list. From the list, click on the
user's name to go to their profile page.
On the user's profile page,
click on Leave Feedback. We use a Star rating system to rate users'
feedback, with one star being a low rating and a five star being a high
rating. You must fill in all form elements to leave feedback.
You must
choose your star rating, as well as, leave your written comment about
the transaction and/or user.
